MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 lb. cooked macaroni
1 (12 oz.) pkg. New York sharp cheddar cheese, cut into sm. cubes
2 tbsp. butter
Ritz crackers
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook and drain macaroni. In a greased medium size casserole place a layer of macaroni, layer of cheese with a little salt and pepper using approximately 1/3 each time for 3 layers. Melt butter and add several Ritz crackers, crushed. Top off dish with buttered crackers. Add milk approximately 1/3 of casserole. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour uncovered.
