POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lg. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 jar spaghetti sauce (15 oz.)
1 can mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Combine eggs, oil and milk in a bowl; mix well. Add flour and salt; beat until smooth. Pour over the layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden. Cut into squares.
