BEER BRISKET 
4 to 5 lbs. Brisket
1 can beer
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 lg. onion, sliced
Garlic salt

Mix beer, sugar and chili sauce, pour on brisket, slice onion, sprinkle with garlic salt, place on top of brisket. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 5 hours. Thicken juice for gravy.
