CHOCOLATE COCA-COLA CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. carbonated cola drink
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

1. Combine all ingredients (except cola and marshmallows) in a large mixing bowl.

2. Blend at low speed of mixer; beat one minute at medium speed.

3. Add cola and blend well; by hand, stir in marshmallows.

4. Pour batter into greased 13"x9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. (Pecans for icing may be toasted while oven is preheating.)

CHOCOLATE COCA COLA ICING: Combine 1/2 cup softened butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1/3 cup cola and 4 cups confectioners' sugar (1 box) in small mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in one cup chopped toasted pecans. Spread on cake.
