1 c. Mazola corn oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. each salt, oregano, basil
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, split
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
1/2 lb. fresh spinach, torn
1 lg. red onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sliced radishes

Combine oil, vinegar, seasonings and garlic in jar. Cover tightly and shake. Toss lettuce and spinach. Arrange onion, carrot and dishes on top. Remove garlic from dressing mixture. Shake well. Pour over salad. Toss to mix and serve.
