1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in tube pan or 25 to 30 minutes in flat pan. Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. If icing is not preferred, serve with whipping cream or plain.
