1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs; sift salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Add a little buttermilk and flour until used. Add coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Pecans

Mix and spread on cooled cake.
