PISTACHIO CAKE WITH FROSTING | |
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1 c. oil 1 c. club soda 1/2 c. chop pecans, optional FROSTING: 1 env. Dream Whip 1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. cream cheese Blend all cake ingredients together; beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. For Frosting: Beat cream cheese until smooth; add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth and thick. Frost cooled cake. Refrigerate frosted cake. |
