BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. broccoli, cut in cubes
1/2 onion, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. olives, chopped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. almonds (optional)

Toss together and serve. Will keep several days in refrigerator.
