CHICKEN JUBILEE 
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
4 boneless chicken breasts, split and skinned
1 stick butter, melted

CURRANT ORANGE SAUCE:

1 c. currant jelly
6 oz. can frozen orange juice
1/4 c. sherry
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Combine cheese, bread crumbs, and sesame seeds. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in baking pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Simmer sauce ingredients until thickened, about 20 minutes. Serve sauce separately. 4 servings.
