BEST BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. shortening
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 c. flour
1 qt. blueberries

Mix in order given.

Never overmix muffins.

Bake at 350 degrees until done.

Test with toothpick, comes out clean.
