BEST BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. blueberries
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin tins well.

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and 3 tablespoons sugar. Quickly add beaten eggs, milk and melted butter.

Gently fold in blueberries which have been lightly dusted with flour. Spoon into greased muffin pans.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove muffins from pan. Brush with remaining 3 tablespoons butter. Combine 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over muffins.

Serve warm with a pat of butter.

Makes 12 muffins.
