SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1/2 head shredded lettuce
1 pt. peas, cooked, drained and cooled
1 c. chopped celery or green peppers or both
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. sliced radishes
1 medium onion
5 slices bacon, fried crisp
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream

Layer first 8 ingredients in order given in bowl or 13 x 9 casserole dish.

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread over entire salad. Refrigerate overnight. Do not toss.
