PINEAPPLE TORTE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter

Mix these ingredients and reserve 1/2 cup for the top of the dessert. Press into an 8 x 8 inch pan and chill for 30 minutes. 2 eggs 1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, add sugar, and cream well. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Add the vanilla. Spread mixture over the crust and chill. 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Fold pineapple into the whipped cream. Spread over the chilled crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Chill overnight.
