PEANUT BUTTER PIE (GOOD AND EASY) | |
NOTE: May use either a purchased graham cracker crust or chocolate, if desired, baked or you may prepare the following: CRUST: 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 stick (6 tbsp.) butter, melted and cooled Bake for 9 minutes at 425 degrees and cool. FILLING: Beat 3 ounces cream cheese, softened. Add 1 cup confectioners sugar, sifted until light and fluffy. Beat in 1/4 cup milk, 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy style), 2 teaspoons vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip). Fold in gently 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip. Put in the prepared shell. Sprinkle with chocolate "jimmies" or nuts (optional). Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight. |
