REUNION SALAD 
1 large bunch broccoli
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped pecans or sunflower seeds
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. skim milk
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. Equal or Splenda
4 slices cooked crisp bacon, crumbled

Clean, trim and cut up broccoli into small flowerettes. In a large bowl, combine onions, raisins and pecans. Mix together salad dressing, milk, vinegar and Equal, stirring until smooth. Pour dressing over salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with bacon bits and toss before serving.
