COOL WHIP & PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together like pie crust. Put into 9 x 13 inch greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip

Cream together. Spread over crust.

2 (4 oz) instant pudding (vanilla, chocolate or any flavor)
3 c. milk

Mix until thickened, pour over cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
