1 c. butter 1 3/4 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 c. flour 1 can pie filling (apple, cherry, lemon) Put 1/2 of batter in greased and floured 10x15 pan. Spread with pie filling, then drop remaining batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. While still warm, drizzle with powdered sugar frosting or glaze. GLAZE: 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring Milk to make a thin glaze |
