FRUIT SWIRL COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening or cooking oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. almond extract
4 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling

Heat oven to 325/350 degrees. Bake 40-45 minutes in 15x12-inch jelly roll pan. Blend sugar, eggs, butter, shortening and vanilla together. Mix all dry ingredients together and blend all together.

Pour 2/3 batter in pan. Spread pie filling over batter. Use remaining batter to dot the cake.

ICING:

1 c. confectioners sugar
1-2 tbsp. hot water

Mix and drizzle over cake.
