CLAM CHOWDER 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and potatoes with cream sauce
1 can chicken broth (condensed)
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. thyme
Pepper

Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Stir in peas and potatoes in cream sauce, chicken broth, milk, clam liquid and seasonings. Cook.
