CINNAMON ROLLS 
6 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2/3 c. butter
2 pkgs. yeast
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt

In large bowl mix flour, sugar and salt together. Heat milk until warm (110 to 120) add yeast to milk, stir to dissolve, add softened butter and eggs. Mix with flour mixture, mix well. Dough will be a little sticky. Place in a large greased bowl. Cover let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch down, let rise again 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch down. Pull off small amounts. Roll out in your hands like a snake. Melt one cube butter put in a small bowl. In another small bowl mix one cup of sugar and 4 teaspoon cinnamon. Dip you snake in the melted butter and then in the sugar and cinnamon. Then coil your snake and put in a greased pan. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
