COMPANY SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
2-3 lbs. shrimp, cooked, peeled & cleaned 1 c. cooked rice 1 c. grated Cheddar 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. green pepper (optional) 1/2 c. green onion (optional) 1/2 stalk celery 1 stick butter 8 lemon slices (sliced very thin) Mix first 4 ingredients. Saute vegetables in butter. Add. Put in 9x12 inch pan. Cover with lemon slices. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot. Serves 6. |
