TORTILLA ROLL-UPS 
3 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. picante sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
48 flour tortillas

Combine all of the ingredients, except tortillas. Put one tablespoon of mixture in center of each tortilla and spread evenly. Roll up and chill. When ready to serve, cut each tortilla roll into 3 pieces. Serve with picante sauce. Yield: 144 pieces.
