GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (4 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheese or chopped cashews

Brown onion, celery, green pepper in butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper on meat and add to onion mixture and stir until browned. Blend soups and milk with mayonnaise; add to meat mixture. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Add to meat mixture. Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
