SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (16 oz.) can pears
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Drain pears reserving 1 cup of the juice. Heat the juice until boiling and dissolve the lime Jello in the juice. Cool until almost completely jelled; then whip until foamy. In a small bowl, mash the pears with a fork. Combine the milk and cream cheese and cream until smooth. Whip the heavy cream until thick. (Add a little vanilla and confectioners sugar if you like.) Fold together the Jello, pears, cream cheese and whipped cream. Chill until thoroughly set.
