ITALIAN STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 Italian green peppers
2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
Salt (opt.)
Pepper
Parsley
Garlic salt
Grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together. The texture should be the same as stuffing. Cut top of peppers and clean inside. Stuff pepper with stuffing. Put into baking dish lying peppers on their side. Add a drop of oil on top of each pepper. Bake until soft and a little brown. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
