CHOCOLATE SYRUP CAKE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1 lg. can chocolate syrup

Mix together and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees in 13"x9" pan. While still warm top with chocolate topping or Easy Icing.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Boil butter, milk and sugar for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips stirring until smooth. Pour on top of cake while still warm.

EASY ICING:

1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until smooth.
