NO PEEK HAMBURGER STACKS 
4 strips bacon
1 lb. lean ground beef
Potatoes
Carrots
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Place bacon on bottom of frying pan, place 4 hamburger patties on top of bacon. Peel and slice potatoes. Cover meat with potatoes, followed by sliced carrots. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cover, turn on high heat for 5-7 minutes, then reduce heat for 20 minutes to simmer. Don't peek until cooked. Test potatoes and carrots for doneness before removing from heat. Serves 4.
