CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage, chopped
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 soup can water
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and place in large casserole dish with cover. Bake covered approximately 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender at 350 degrees. Remove cover and brown slightly.

Note: If casserole starts to get dry, it won't diminish the flavor to add small amounts of water during baking.
