CHERRY CHEESE CRUNCH 
2 c. Nature Valley Cereal (any flavor) crushed
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice (fresh or canned)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Mix cereal and butter, reserving 2/3 cup. Press remaining into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Blend in milk gradually. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture in pan. Sprinkle reserved cereal over top. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Top with pie filling.
