LINDA'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3/4 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in heavy pan (3 quart). Bring to boil, stir constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until it reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

Remove from heat, stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well until blended. Pour in 13x9 pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into desired pieces.

For Peanut Butter Fudge - use 12 oz. peanut butter pieces instead of chocolate.
