ZESTY SLAW 
1 lg. cabbage, finely shredded
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 c. pimiento stuffed olives, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. dill pickle relish
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Yield: 12 servings.
