MEAT MARINADE 
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix together. Refrigerate meat in sauce in a covered container at least overnight. Grill meat slowly over hot coals. Good for flank steak, pork steak, chicken breasts, and pork chops.
