BOW TIES 
4 c. flour
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
6 egg yolks (beat with fork)

Mix all ingredients together until dough does not stick to hands. If sticky, add a little flour. Dough should be soft. Divide dough into 6 parts. Roll dough on flour as thin as 4 noodles. Cut 2 x 4 inch strips and make slits through the middle and tie. Fry in deep hot grease until brown. Drain on paper towel. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
