GERMAN BEEF SALAD 
2 lb. cooked beef, cut into sm. thin slices
6 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 sm. tomatoes, chopped
2 dill pickles, chopped
1/4 c. parsley, snipped
2 tbsp. capers; optional
1 onion, minced

Add above mixture to beef. Chill. To serve, arrange on lettuce leaves and garnish with 3 hard cooked eggs.
