MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 onion
2 eggs
1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup (use later)

Mix all ingredients together. Roll in flour. Brown in a buttered skillet. Pour 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water over meat. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
