CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 fryer chicken, cut up
1 sm. bottle soy sauce
Water
Salt and pepper to taste
Approximately 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Garlic powder (optional)

Place cut-up chicken in baking pan. Pour vegetable oil over chicken. Season to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes. Dilute soy sauce with equal amount of water. Pour over chicken and continue to bake for about 15 minutes more. Serve.
