CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter, cut up
1 tsp. salt

Combine the above ingredients and mix well. Coat 2 pounds chicken with Shake and Bake. Grease a glass 9 x 13 inch pan. Put mixture in bottom of pan. Lay chicken on top. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
