PEACH PIE ALASKA | |
1 sm. pkg. peach Jello (sometimes I use apricot) 2/3 c. boiling water 1 c. soft vanilla ice cream 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip (or similar brand) 1 1/2 c. canned peaches, cut up (either "lite" or thick syrup) 1 Keebler ready crust, butter (also good in graham cracker crust) Mix together Jello, water and ice cream. (I usually let my Jello and water cool slightly before adding the ice cream.) Add Cool Whip and peaches. Pour into baked pie crust. (Keebler's are already baked.) Refrigerate. |
