CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE 
2 squares (2 oz.) chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Melt together chocolate and butter; set aside.

Beat together with egg beater, eggs, sugar, syrup, add to chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes just until set. Received this recipe from my mother, LaVerne Wilke.
