2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. peanuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. peanut butter
2 c. Cool Whip

First Layer: Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and peanuts. Press in bottom of pan.

Second Layer: Mix 1/3 cup peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar; mix well. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread over first layer.

Third Layer: Mix 1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix, 1 package of chocolate instant pudding mix, and 3 cups cold milk. Mix well and spread over second layer. Cool a few minutes to set. Top with 2 cups Cool Whip. Shred Hershey bar. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
