PEANUT DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

SECOND LAYER:

1/3 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

FOURTH LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
Chopped nuts
Chocolate shavings or curls (optional)

For first layer, blend flour and butter, add chopped nuts. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes or until brown. Cool.

Mix peanut butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on top of first layer.

Mix all ingredients of third layer and spread over cheese layer. Cover third layer with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Decorate with chocolate as desired.
