CHOC-PEANUT PUDDING DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped peanuts

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

PUDDING:

2 sm. boxes chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and peanuts. Put in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then cool.

Add mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. spread over crust.

Mix pudding and pour over other 2 layers. Add remaining 9 ounce container of Cool Whip and chopped peanuts. Chill overnight.
