CRUST:

1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg, beaten

Combine cake mix and butter with pastry blender. Add egg. Mix with fork. Set aside 2/3 cup of crust. Pour pastry crust in a greased 13 x 9 greased dish. Pat mixture down. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Mix: 1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup 3 eggs 2/3 c. crust mixture Add 2 c. chopped pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
