1 c. flour (no seed to sift)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING (MEAT MIXTURE) :

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (lean) or sausage
1 c. thinly sliced pepperoni
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

(Half cook to remove excess fat and drain). Oven at 425 degrees. Lightly grease pan, flour it lightly. Pour batter into pan, and spread to cover bottom.

Add meat, pepperoni, mushrooms, and bake 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and add pizza sauce, and cheese. Bake 15 minutes more. You can put more of anything. I use chopped olives.
