SUMMER SALAD 
1 head of lettuce
2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) tuna, drained
2 cans (15 oz. each) mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
Dash each salt and pepper

Tear lettuce into small pieces; add tuna, oranges and noodles. Combine in separate bowl the mayonnaise, sugar and pieces. Toss with salad. This salad contains foods from the vegetable/fruit, meat and grain groups so makes a great light lunch.
