FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together and pat in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir twice while baking. Save 1/4 of crust crumbs for top.

FILLING:

10 oz. frozen strawberries (I use more)
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar

Beat all together in a large bowl or mixer for at least 15 minutes or more until filling is thick. Whip 1 cup of whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla; fold into strawberry mixture. Put filling over crust mixture and freeze. Serve frozen.
