DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water--dissolve
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (lukewarm)
2 tbsp. (each) sugar, dill seed
1 tbsp. (each) instant minced onion, butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Combine all ingredients except flour in bowl, then add flour to form a stiff dough; cover. Let rise in warm place until doubled in size (50 to 60 minutes); punch down; turn into well greased 8 inch pie plate or 2 quart casserole dish; let rise in warm place until light (30 to 40 minutes).

Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown; brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
