WILD RICE SOUP | |
3 c. cooked wild rice (or 1 c. uncooked) 3 cans Campbell's cream of potato soup 3 soup cans water 1-2 cans sliced mushrooms 1 1/2 c. half & half cream 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese Cook wild rice according to package directions. Heat soup, water and mushrooms. Add rice. Add cream and Swiss cheese last. |
