3 egg whites, beaten stiff 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 c. sugar White crackers, 18 squares of Saltines 1 c. nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let cool. TOPPING: Whip 1 carton of whipping cream stiff. Add 3/4 cup pineapple preserves to whipping cream. Spread over top, then sprinkle with coconut. Keep in refrigerator. |
